After School’s Nana and Lee Jong Seok have participated in a new pictorial for beauty salon’s hair and makeup magazine, ‘J Style’. The released photo showed the two stars donning the same hairstyle, look and makeup for the advertisement, portraying a ‘twin look’ concept.

On October 11th, Lee Jong Seok also shared the above photo on his me2day and wrote, “Discovery of my doppelganger. Our birthdays are the same too! My Mom had a secret daughter? Nana, yyou are more handsome than me… no, you look beautiful.”

120909 After School’s UEE sports a military look for ‘Campus 10′ magazine

After School‘s UEE is featured on the cover of the September issue of fashion magazine ‘Campus 10‘, sporting a fresh new military look along with her usual lovely charm.

Pledis Entertainment sent allkpop a sneak peek of spread, which finds UEE wearing a boxy camouflage jacket and a yellow tiered dress, as well as a marine-look jacket, top hat and black boots, showcasing a girlish look combined with the tough-looking military style.

The concept for the shoot was a “romantic military look” and features 10 different outfits that fit the concept in an attempt to make a statement on how men think of women in tough, military styles. Male fans even commented on the ‘Campus 10′ homepage, “If I worked under this kind of captain in the army, I wouldn’t mind my military service“.

 

The issue also includes the interview UEE did with ‘Campus 10′, as she discussed her work so far in dramas and variety programs. The interview questions were based on the 14 songs in After School’s album.

The singer answered the question, “What kind of guy would you like to tell, ‘You’re handsome’?“, “I think my ideal type changes about every 5 years. When I was 20, I liked guys who were cute and had a lot of aegyo, but right now I like loyal guys“.

She also stated, in response to the question, “What do you think about at night?“, “ I tend to dream a lot. Lately, I’ve been having dreams in which I become the President, or I turn into a man“.

Finally, this edition features a link to smartphone application ‘Chupar’, which allows viewers to directly connect to the behind-the-scene clips from UEE’s photo shoot. In the clips, viewers can get a close-up look at UEE’s sparking eyes and wide variety of poses throughout the shoot.

After releasing the BTS video, fashion magazine ‘W Korea’ has now revealed the rockstar-themed pictorial of After School’s UEE and NU’EST members Minhyun and Ren.

UEE shed off her usual pure and sexy charms and showed chic and powerful charms with thick smoky makeup and colorful outfits. Her label mates Minhyun and Ren also show off their rockstar transformations and pull off various colored hair and outfits.

The full pictorial of UEE, Minhyun and Ren will be included in the September edition of ‘W Korea’ and ‘W Korea’ iPad app.

The photos were taken in Hawaii,she mentioned in the interview," as a singer the practice time is always difficult but i really enjoy performing on the stage, meanwhile an actor find it difficult after repeating for many times, but you will feel empty after the filming. Son Dam Bi and After School‘s UEE, who have shown their versatility as singers and actresses, have graced the covers of the same magazine.

UEE has graced the cover of ‘CéCi‘s July publication, while Son Dam Bi posed for the August edition. The two have drawn interest as they are both talented when it comes to singing and acting, and are also currently residing under the same entertainment agency.

UEE who was highly praised for her previous role in KBS drama ‘Ojakyo Brothers‘ made a strong impression as a rookie actress, earning the nickname ‘nation’s goddess’ as well as winning the ‘Rookie Actress Award’.

The singer has also secured the MC position on KBS music program ‘Music Bank‘, and she along with the rest of the After School members have made a fierce comeback to the K-Pop scene with their 5th maxi single, ‘Flashback‘.
