130509 10cm and Orange Caramel interview each other through Loen’s ‘CSI’

Having teamed up as the latest participants for the ongoing project album, ‘re;code‘,10cm and Orange Caramel discussed their upcoming collaboration by interviewing each other on Loen‘s ‘CSI: 10cm & Orange Caramel‘.

10cm’s Kwon Jung Yeol and Orange Caramel’s Lizzy became the hosts as they introduced their collaborative single and interviewed the members of both groups. The two teams had fans smiling along with their chemistry and gave fans a preview of their project with a short duet performance towards the end.

10cm and Orange Caramel will make spring a bit sweeter with their remake of 10cm’s “Hug Me” on the 10th!

130510 UEE asks Joo Won, “Have you forgotten me?”

It’s been a while since UEE and Joo Won met since their famous ‘Ojakgyo Brothers‘, but rather than expressing her happiness upon reuniting with him, UEE couldn’t help but fluster him as she expressed a bit of jealousy!

The pair received the TV Rookie Award together at the 48th Baeksang Arts Awardslast year. However, after that, during a few interviews, Joo Won had chosen his ‘7th Grade Civil Servant‘ co-star Choi Kang Hee as his best partner. When UEE stood with Joo Won on stage to give the 49th Baeksang Arts Rookie Award just recently on the 9th, she demanded an answer, asking, “Last year, we received this award together and were overcome with emotion, but then afterwards you chose Choi Kang Hee sunbaenim as your best partner. Have you forgotten me?“.

The question flustered Joo Won, who laughed awkwardly before he offered, “Recently, the show I had the most fun watching is ‘Jeon Woo Chi‘ (UEE’s starring drama). I had a lot of fun watching it,” cheering up UEE just a bit.

130510 Kahi gives you a peek at her upcoming ‘InStyle’ pictorial

Kahi gave her fans a heads up about her newest photoshoot for ‘InStyle‘ magazine!

She’ll be featured in the upcoming June issue, and to treat her blog readers, she’s posted a few BTS cuts from the shoot. She started off the post with a beautiful selca and revealed that the concept for her new pictorial is a ‘chic, dreamy dancer‘.

She also gave credit to her stylist for taking up the challenge of snapping these photos with her phone, and then proceeded to reveal the several snapshots portraying her as an elegant beauty who later changes into her leotard and ballet shoes.

 

 

 

She chose the last two photos as her favorite, and revealed a little secret: she’d stuffed tissue into the ballet shoes so she could stand more comfortably on them.

130510 Orange Caramel & 10cm release “Hug Me” remake for ‘re;code’ project

Orange Caramel and 10cm have joined efforts for the ongoing project album ‘re;code‘!

Their collaborative single is actually a remake of 10cm’s “Hug Me“, but with a fresh spin with the added vocals of the ladies.

The ‘re;code’ project album has so far featured Geeks and SISTAR‘s Soyu‘s “Officially Missing You, Too“,INFINITE‘s Woohyun and Lucia‘s “Cactus“, and Daybreak and Sunny Hill‘s “Love Actually“, and now joining the list are the two above mentioned stars.

After School‘s Lizzy recently posted an adorable selca on her Twitter.

In the photo, Lizzy looks up at the camera and sends a charismatic wink while enjoying a blended coffee drink. The photo appears to have been taken while Lizzy was riding the elevator.

Netizens who saw the photo commented, “Haven’t heard from Lizzy in a while, seems like she’s doing great!”, “I can’t wait for her collaboration with 10cm to come out already!” and “Lizzy, we’re still waiting for you to comeback with Orange Caramel!” 

In related news, After School sub-unit Orange Caramel will be collaborating with indie band 10cm for their next album that is scheduled for released sometime in mid-May.

130503 Son Dam Bi-Kahi, Reveals Flexibility Through Flying Yoga

Singers Son Dam Bi and Kahi showed off their flexibility through flying yoga.

In MBC Music “Son Dam Bi’s Beautiful Days” aired recently, Son Dam Bi and Kahi tried out flying yoga.

Flying yoga is yoga while hanging from the ceiling, using all of your body.

Son Dam Bi and Kahi seemed a bit scared to try it as they had never tried it before, and even screamed during some basic stretching movements. But during actual difficult level vampire pose, both of them revealed impressive flexibility.

This episode of “Son Dam Bi’s Beautiful Days” will be aired tonight.
