140820 Raina and Lizzy talk about Orange Caramel”s new concept + After School activities

The girls have been gaining quite a bit of attention with their unique “Find Orange Caramel” concept for their album, which has been designed to be a more interactive game experience for fans as they have to look for the hidden members and scenes in the MV.

When asked about this unique idea, Raina said, “This album concept was not actually our own idea,” Lizzy added, “The MV director and others gave us far more superior ideas than we came up with. We are grateful they were able to create a lot of attention for us.”

As there have been an abundance of Orange Caramel activities but not so much from After School, DJ Kim Chang Ryul said, “It feels like After School is laying low.” Raina said in response, “I don”t think a new album for After School will come out this year unless a good song comes along. The After School unnis cheer on Orange Caramel”s promotions. They like that Orange Caramel release a lot of albums unlike other units. Jung Ah unni will also follow along with our song.”

140608 After School’s Raina and San E enjoy a date for new duet mv shooting

Some still cuts from Raina and San E’ new music video have been revealed.

According to the officials, Raina and San E proceeded with the new music video shooting for their duet on June 5th. Some people spotted the two of them on the street and in a coffee shop near Gangnam station and Yeoksam station and immediately it attracted much attention.

In addition, Raina and San E’ new duet will be released next week.

A mighty duet project to carry the legacy of Soyou-Junggigo and Jung In-Gary is on way.

After School”s Raina and rapper San E formed a surprise duo, announcing to release their new song this month.

The two are currently in the recording process, meeting secretly to produce a love song to warm hearts, according to sources.

Raina is the main vocal of After School and Orange Caramel, known for her cute and expressive voice; San E”s witty rapping proves its value in music charts. The two”s synergy effect is the hot issue between K-Pop fans.

The official release date has not been set yet, but the two have decided to actively promote the new song in music programs.

Meanwhile, Raina made Orange Caramel”s “Catallena” a great hit while San E will return with his new album in July.

121011 Orange Caramel’s Raina Ranks Members No Makeup Faces on ‘Tick Talk’

After School unit group Orange Caramel was the latest guest to appear on Insite TV’s Tick Talk, where Raina ranked her fellow members on their makeup-less faces.

She quickly fired off the names of her members “Lizzy, me, Nana,” in that order, during the 100-second interview, placing herself in a comfortable second place and naming Lizzy as the member with the best no-makeup face.

Meanwhile, Nana was shafted to last place.

After School’s sub-unit, Orange Caramel, finally made its much-awaited comeback in the local music scene with the release of “Lipstick” music video!

“Lipstick” music video shows Raina, Lizzy and Nana’s transformation into goofy retro ping-pong girls. Dressed in colorful apparel, Orange Caramel once again showed off their adorable charms along with their latest catchy tune.

120723 After School’s Raina doesn’t know how she once woke up naked?

On July 23rd, After School‘s Raina guested on Mnet‘s ‘Beatles Code 2‘ and revealed that she had once woken up naked without herself knowing.

Singer/actor Tak Jae Hoon first brought up the subject by revealing that his preferred article of clothing for bed time was his birthday suit.

Raina replied by revealing, “I don’t wear much to bed myself. I once woke up completely naked, and I still don’t know how that happened. I found myself lying on my bed naked when I woke up.”

The MCs couldn’t help but ask if she had gone to bed drunk, to which she flatly denied, “No. I really don’t know why.”

Her roommate and fellow member Nana added, “I don’t remember seeing her taking off her clothes to sleep. As for myself, I find it uncomfortable wearing my underwear to bed.”

120711 Sub Unit After School, Orange Caramel Mulai Debut di Jepang

Sub unit girlband K-Pop After School yakni Orange Caramel secara resmi mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan melakukan debut di industri musik Jepang pada September mendatang.

Orange Caramel sendiri diisi oleh member After School yakni Raina,Lizzy, dan Nana. Single debut Jepang mereka akan dirilis pada 5 September mendatang. Lagu yang dirilis merupakan lagu hits dari girlbandCandies yang rilis pada tahun 1977 silam berjudul Yasashii Akuma.

Selain lagu itu, Orange Caramel juga akan merilis versi Jepang dariMahou Shoujo (Magical Girl). Single Jepang itu akan dirilis dalam 4 versi berbeda, versi MV (CD+DVD), versi Live (CD+DVD), versi Photo Book (CD+Photo Book) dan versi CD (hanya CD).

111216 Sub Unit After School yaitu Orange Caramel Luncurkan 'Funny Hunny MV'

Sub-grup dari girlband Korea After School yakni Orange Caramel merilis lagu Funny Hunny melalui berbagai situs musik Korea. Lagu Funny Hunny adalah lagu yang diciptakan oleh composer Cho Young Soo.

Nama Cho Young Soo sebagai composer sendiri cukup mentereng, di mana ia baru saja memperoleh penghargaan ke-5 dalam ajang Korean Music Copyright Awards.

Funny Hunny hadir dengan musik disco era-80an yang unik. Suara vokal yang manis dari tiga membernya yaitu Nana, Raina dan Lizzy mampu menyatu dengan irama disco yang enak didengar.
